Tech'Agri Challenge
Students innovate for agriculture
The innovation competition for young people in the agricultural sector
Initiated by Bretagne Next INNOZH and SPACE, aims to encourage young people in training to reflect on concrete agricultural issues and to design technical solutions together to address these issues.
The competition is aimed at agricultural and digital training students and institutions at all levels (vocational bachelor's degree, BTS, bachelor's degree, master's degree, engineer, etc.) who wish to apply their skills to real-life agricultural issues.
Taking part in this challenge gives students from digital training courses the chance to identify job openings and opportunities that they may not have initially thought of. For agricultural students, this exercise allows them to step outside their training environment to imagine, design and test technological solutions in project mode.

Ideation Award-Winner Weight Cow
The Weight Cow project, developed by four students from Lycée Kerlebost near Pontivy and EPSI Rennes, won the Ideation Trophy.
The concept? A connected collar that automatically adjusts to the animal’s neck, allowing weight estimation through biometric sensors and calculating the ADG (Average Daily Gain) by comparing data over time.
The farmer can monitor the information remotely via software (mobile or web app) and will be instantly alerted in case of any growth anomaly.

Demonstrator award-winner Robot Clean
The Robot Clean project, developed by six students from the CFA of Caulnes and ENSIBS – Mechatronics, won the Demonstrator Trophy.
This autonomous cubicle cleaning robot saves time for farmers and helps reduce the spread of infections and diseases.
Robot Clean efficiently cleans the cubicle using a rotating brush, a mobile scraper, and a disinfection system that spreads powder.
It is capable of detecting obstacles and can be programmed for up to 2 hours of autonomy.
