Maintenance for cubicles (deep box)
The LiboX is an innovative device for efficient deep bed care in dairy cow stockmanship. For the first time, quick levelling and targeted re-spreading are combined in one device! This ensures quick and easy care of the cubicles and therefore better milk yield, increased health and optimum milkability of the animals.
The machine has a lightweight and compact design and can therefore be easily moved around the barn with smaller farm loaders and similar vehicles. The LiboX can be easily adjusted in different ways to the bedding material used, the cubicles and the carrier vehicle.
Regular maintenance of the deep beds with the patented LiboX ensures a consistently high quality of the cubicle. At the same time, this reduces physical strain and saves the user a considerable amount of time.
The work process takes place in three steps: simple pick-up of loose material or pressed bales, loosening and levelling the existing mattress using the adjustable maintenance arm, targeted re-spreading with fresh and dry material to ensure that the cubicles are always well filled.
