- Xatico distributes minerals with a range designed for animal nutrition and welfare, as well as plant protection. We supply animal feed additives, anti-caking agents, mycotoxin binders, and minerals designed to promote healthy living conditions for livestock. Additionally, we offer natural, high-performance minerals to nourish, protect, and sustainably improve crops. Our key products include:
- Bentonite: Versatile and natural, bentonite supports both animal health and crop vitality. It is used in animal feed and as an anti-caking agent and binder, reducing aflatoxin B1 in ruminants, poultry and pigs, while controlling radionuclide contamination in all species. It moreover acts as 100% natural soil conditioner that improves water retention, soil structure and fertility, while optimising the efficiency of agricultural inputs for better yields and sustainable management. Furthermore, in cow bedding, it is a soft, absorbent mineral powder that reduces nitrogen emissions, sanitises bedding and improves manure and soil.
- Neuburg Siliceous Earth: An ideal technical support, it stabilises, protects and optimises the performance of active substance in phytosanitary formulation.
- Precipitated Silica: Chemically inert and versatile, precipitated silica improves processes, stabilises mixtures, and enhances animal feed formulations.
- Perlite: Lightweight and versatile, perlite improves aeration, water retention, and soil structure, while promoting healthy rooting and gradual plant nutrition.
- Lava Pumice: A natural, stable, and reusable volcanic substrate, lava pumice ensures healthy, high-performance, and sustainable hydroponic crops.
- Diatomaceous Earth: Diatomaceous earth is a natural, economical, and non-toxic solution for protecting chickens from external as well as internal parasites while sanitising their environment.
- Zeolite: A smart mineral solution based on zeolite for sustainable, economical, and highly effective water treatment.
- Attapulgite: A mineral solution that improves animal’s digestive health, provides magnesium, limits the effects of mycotoxins, and optimises the technological characteristics complete feed for livestock.
- Kaolin: In phytosanitary applications, kaolin is used as a diluting, absorbent, suspending, and anti-caking agent. When sprayed on fruit trees (apple, cherry, olive trees, and peach), kaolin acts as a direct repellent.
