- The interprofessional committee of guinea fowl is the committee for the french guinea fowl of the national poultry interprofessional organization, recognized by the public authorities. It brings together breeders, hatcheries and selectors, feed manufacturers, slaughterhouses, and distributors. Its main objective is to (re)vitalize the european guinea fowl sector and to ensure the quality of the product, to guarantee, in short, good taste and the taste of goodness!
