Highly automated cleaning robot for rearing and laying aviaries
Rearing and laying aviaries are essential systems for modern egg production. To keep them efficient in the long term, consistently good hygiene and reliable cleaning processes on all tiers and parts are decisive factors. This is where the innovation Sharky 430 comes into play: the first autonomous cleaning robot developed for rearing and laying systems.
It is compact and small for narrow aisles and equipped with a highly flexible cleaning arm with multiple joints that can access even difficult-to-reach areas such as nests and inner troughs. Sharky 430 navigates without contact by sensing components of the system; guide rails are not required. The washing programs can be flexibly programmed, including pre-defined sequences. The robot cleans up to a system and working height of 4.3 m and is operated by battery and therefore cordless, even when operated 24/7 and during the night. Status messages and alarms are automatically sent to a mobile phone. The hose is designed for up to 130 m.
