SANIHOUSE, designed by Innovlap and Maison Bleue, is a facility dedicated to managing fallen stock on livestock farms. The SANIHOUSE is a structure made of insulated, precast reinforced concrete elements, featuring an assembly that includes a stainless-steel platform and automated, motorized gates. It makes the removal of deadstock both easier and safer.
The platform's motorization is synchronized with the opening of the gates and is sized to hold rendering bins. These bins are automatically moved either to the "farming zone" side for loading carcasses, or to the "public zone" side, allowing the rendering service to collect them in complete autonomy.
By isolating carcasses in an insulated facility equipped for easy cleaning and disinfection, ensuring independent access for the rendering service without entering the farm perimeter, and reducing handling, the SANIHOUSE guarantees compliance with health regulations while simplifying deadstock management for farmers.
