The boar mounting dummy is an essential tool for collecting semen for artificial insemination. The purpose of this product is to allow the animal to position itself comfortably on it while keeping its penis accessible for stimulation and collection. This dummy stands out first and foremost for its structure, as it was designed for optimal cleaning thanks to its simple, easily accessible parts. It also features a single, angled, off-center stand to optimize space around the animal’s penis and facilitate the operator’s movements. In terms of materials, it is made of stainless steel—robust and highly corrosion-resistant—and its top surface is made of Corian, a combination of resin and mineral powder. The latter is non-porous and impact-resistant. It is the combination of these innovative features that allows for the design of an ergonomic and durable mannequin, while reducing the risk of bacterial contamination during semen collection.
