Straw stopper dispensing wheelbarrow
The Roll-Bouch is a straw pellet distribution wheelbarrow designed for poultry farms. This electrically powered wheelbarrow features an innovative distribution system using four dispensing hatches, located on both sides of the machine. The hatches can be opened mechanically, while the flow rate can be adjusted manually with ease and precision. An electrically operated hatch-opening system is also available for users who wish to reduce the risk of MSDs.
The hopper has been specifically designed to ensure complete emptying by gravity alone, eliminating the need for manual intervention. Both the design and manufacturing of the Roll-Bouch are carried out locally, within a radius of less than 30 km.
The Roll-Bouch was born from a shared idea between a father, a recently retired poultry farmer, and his son, who has recently started his own poultry farming business. Their goal was to reduce the physical strain of re-bedding poultry houses, improving the well-being of farmers and their employees while also contributing to better animal welfare.
Like all the equipment designed and manufactured on the farm, the Roll-Bouch aims to reduce physical workload, help prevent MSDs, and save valuable time for poultry farmers.
