The first patent covers the cardboard carrier for the ear tags, designed to present animal identification tags in pairs, with each pair slightly overlapping the next for easier handling and storage. Fully recyclable, this solution helps reduce plastic use in the packaging of the products concerned. The second patent relates to the first component of the animal identification tag, which is engineered to be melted together temporarily, securely holding the four parts of an animal’s two ear tag pairs in place.
