- The SDAEC, an agricultural replacement service, provides its 4,000 member farmers with skilled employees in Côtes-d'Armor, Finistère, and Ille-et-Vilaine so that the farm can continue to operate in the event of the farmer's voluntary or involuntary absence. Terralliance, a consortium of employers offering shared agricultural labor, allows farmers to acquire the right skills at the right time on their farm, while ensuring employees have stable and quality jobs.
