The unique microencapsulated promois products provide DURABILITY/STABILITY of the nutrient during handling and storage, for example in moist feeds or with adverse temperature ranges. When consumed by a Birds and animals, it needs to PROTECT the nutrient from degradation by rumen microbes, and thirdly, the coating needs to release the nutrient for absorption in the small intestine, providing high BIOAVAILABILITY.
