Sustell™ is an online computing platform that calculates the 19 criteria of a full LCA footprint at various stages of animal protein production (poultry, swine, ruminant, and aquaculture). This environmental assessment can be carried out at the feed manufacturing level (feedmill or farm), at the farm production level (live animals, eggs, milk), and at the food processing level (slaughtering and cutting). Users have access to major internationally recognized databases such as GFLi, Agrifood Print, and soon EcoAlim (Agribalyse). Thanks to its great flexibility of use and the user-friendliness of its reports, users can supplement it with their own data to refine the results of the environmental footprint of their production and identify areas for improvement. Sustell™ is certified in ISO 14040/44/67 standards and is aligned with international LEAP, PEF CR protocols and and can connect to all feed formulation software on the market.
