Equipment for the intramuscular vaccination of poultry
The IMVAC Safe is an intramuscular vaccination equipment designed to vaccinate chicks between 5 and 18 weeks of age, ensuring accurate, safe and easy-to-implement vaccination. Equipped with two syringes, the IMVAC Safe allows to vaccinate up to 1200 birds per hour with a precise dosage at the same depth and with the same angle for each chick.
The operator places the bird on a mould adapted to the age and weight of the animal. Three sensors on the mould trigger the injection when the animal is correctly positioned. The injection angle respects the direction of the muscle fibers and allows an optimal deposition of the vaccine by significantly reducing backflow. The IMVAC Safe reduces the risk of self-injection and reduces operator fatigue thanks to its ergonomic design. The set of settings has been simplified to the maximum and is done without the help of a tool. At the end of the day, the data generated during the vaccination site can be sent to the manager’s smartphone to ensure traceability of the vaccination operations.
