Efficient cleaning of feeding buckets
For EimiWash, we paid particular attention to ergonomics, efficiency and perfect cleaning results. EimiWash is modelled on industrial washing machines with a modified design. You can be sure of particularly thorough and effective cleaning of the entire feeding bucket, including the valve teat.
The connector specially developed for the Hiko-1-Click feeding bucket is inserted into the bucket, which is then placed in the basket. The special basket can hold 4 buckets for simultaneous cleaning.
The machine works with hot and cold water and a small amount of detergent. You can also connect it to your hot water supply to boost efficiency. Optimum use is made of the cleaning water, resulting in very low water consumption of a maximum of 1.5 litres per bucket. The specially developed cleaning agent is also dispensed automatically and precisely to the millilitre, conserving resources and protecting the environment.
The feeding buckets are cleaned both inside and out. High pressure flushes the suction valve from the inside out, removing any deposits and germs.
