Automatic and hands-free incorporation system
The Kverneland CTS is an automatic and hands-free incorporation system mounted on the Kverneland sprayers. The phytosanitary products are automatically incorporated in the sprayer, without manipulation by the farmer, for a maximum safety. The contamination by splashes or falls are no more possibles. The spraying mixture preparation is responsible for two-thirds of farmer contamination incidents. That’s why Kverneland is the first manufacturer to offer a fully automatic and hands-free incorporation solution on its sprayers from factory. During a conversation, a farmer told us that the incorporation step was “the worst moment of the week” for him. This is precisely the issue we chose to fix by developing an automatic transfer system between the container and the incorporation tank. This system operates without any assistance from the operator to remove the container cap, thereby eliminating any risk of contamination. With this innovation, that dreaded moment will soon be nothing more than a memory.
