Heating system intelligent link for control and prevention
Connected Heat Care, the result of a collaboration between TUFFIGO RAPIDEX and SYSTEL, is revolutionizing thermal management in poultry farming. Thanks to a bidirectional MODBUS link between the SERENITY controller and SYSTEL connected heaters (such as the TUBO), each device is continuously monitored by the controller via the SysConnect' gateway. The slightest malfunction is reported before it impacts the environment or animal well-being, and the farmer is alerted in less than 3 minutes. The heater status is displayed using an intuitive color code (green/yellow/red), which can be viewed locally on the SERENITY farm computer and in the cloud via MY SERENITY. Warnings and faults are archived and time-stamped for optimal traceability. The result: proactive maintenance, maximum responsiveness, and greater peace of mind.
